I offer three levels of Educator Coaching, each with a different focus, goal, and customization process. This means you get exactly what you need and nothing less. Each coaching engagement offers a different intensity level, but all require your best commitment. 3-month Semester Support
The 3-Month Semester Support package for educators offers awesome opportunities to refocus energy, clarify goals and purposes, transition into a new schoolyear, or identify sources of burnout or disengagement. All of these issues have the ability to enhance or detract from a teacher’s energy and engagement in the classroom, which undoubtedly carries over to students. 9-Month Schoolyear Support
The 9-Month Schoolyear Support Package is for circumstances that require additional accountability, encouragement, or an outside perspective. Such situations include brand-new teachers, heavy cases of burnout, and teachers who value an extra sounding board or listening ear for both their goals and struggles. Similar to the 3-Month Semester Support Package, the 9-Month Schoolyear Support Package is offered at two coaching levels:

The Faculty Coaching Collective

This coaching package offers a unique blend of one-on-one coaching with your faculty members and group coaching sessions with your entire faculty. The one-on-one sessions provide a safe space for your teachers to express personal concerns and receive individualized support, while the group sessions build the sense of teamwork and united effort.
